- Approved Doctor's Physical
- Birth Certificate
- Signed N.K.Y.F.L. Contract
- School Picture attached to Contract
- No Player will be eligible to participate in this division who has or will reach their
FOURTEENTH (14th) birthday prior
to January 1st in the year which they play. This applies to both football & cheerleading participants.
