Stay loose.
Always stretch. A flexible muscle is a stronger muscle.
Wait to lift weights.
It is not beneficial to lift weight until you are over the age of 13. Anything before that age can
affect a persons natural growth pattern.
Keep your feet moving
If your feet don't move then you don't move. If you don't move in a football game you will be on the ground.
Not a good place to be in a football game.
Stay focus!
During a football game there are many things happening. There are 21 other players on the field running
at full speed. Keep your head up and stay focused on your responsiblities so that you will be in the right place at the right
time to make the big play for your team.

Correct 3-Point Football Stance

- Feet Shoulder width apart. Right foot slightly dropped back.
- Squat down so knees are bent.
- Put Right hand down on ground out in front of you. Lean forward to put weight on your right hand.
- Your back should be flat and parallel with the ground. (Get your butt in the air)
- Keep your head up to see opponent.
- You should be up on the balls of your feet
- Be ready to exlode forward out of your stance once the ball is snapped. Don't stand up, fire forward and stay low.
Incorrect 3-Point Stance
